Below the Belt (lower body focused)
This class focuses on building & sculpting the lower body. Legs & core are targeted through the use of body weight exercises, band work, free weights, pilates and more! Cardio bursts are incorporated to keep the heart rate in the fat burning zone in order to shed fat while building endurance. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!
