My goal is to help you transform your life through fitness and maximize your potential by creating sustainable habits that will eventually become part of your natural daily routine.  With my guidance, you will learn how to break down workouts into different muscle groups, learn different methods of cardio, diet hacks, create a healthy relationship with foods, learn how to use IIFYM and much more! My end goal is just as important to me as it is you, but once we obtain it, sustaining a healthy lifestyle is just as important!

 

About Me

I am Jennifer Delluomo, and I currently live in Staten Island, NY. I have been an athlete my whole life, I have always ran, weight trained and enjoyed any type of sport activity. To me, anything can be accomplished and you can become better everyday if you set your mind to do so. As a woman, I understand why so many of us are terrified to step foot in the gym and  I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult. It is  my goal with every client to male or female to change your view on health and fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. Additionally, each of my client’s will build inner confidence to conquer their fear(s) and become the best version of themself. Change your life through fitness, flexibility of food choice and a healthy mindset to enjoy each step of your transformation process and become stronger everyday. Fitness is much deeper than  just about losing weight, cardio, lifting weights, and eating healthy to “look good”. Fitness is about creating a healthy life which involves a healthy mind set. In order to look good, you have to feel good!

30 Day Challenge

This  30 day challenge is perfect for beginners or month to month clients. Included in the program: High Intensity workout, nutritional guidance, one on one coaching through email, weekly check ins (4 weeks total), grocery list  broken down into protein, carbs & fats. 

8 Week Challenge

The 8 week challenge is ideal for clients that are looking to transform their physique, while learning how to manage what they eat within a healthy & sustainable way. Included in the program: individualized meal program based on your goal, customized high intensity interval program, full training protocol (home or gym), weekly check-ins, one on one coaching through email, recommended supplementation. 

Custom Coaching

Custom coaching is perfect for those who are already active and looking to take fitness to the next level (preparing for a competition, competing in a sport, etc.) Custom coaching requires a 12 week commitment upon sign up. The program is specific to your goal and individual needs. It is fully customized in every aspect to reach your goals.

Class Offerings

KARDIO KNOCKOUT
 Below The Belt- (Lower body focused class)

This class incorporates the use of heavy bags, mits and shadow boxing to perfect technique while making the work out dynamic to give you a challenge! Cardio drills and cross training are incorporated to challenge every muscle group, while torching calories to create the ideal fit physique and transform your fitness level!  ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME! (Average calories burned 350-450) 

This class focuses on building & sculpting the lower body. Legs & core are targeted through the  use of body weight exercises, band work, free weights, pilates and more! Cardio bursts are incorporated to keep the heart rate in the fat burning zone in order to shed fat while building endurance. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME

Conquer Your Glutes: Volume 1
